This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious sales and marketing professional to collaborate with a client in the prepaid wireless sector, working closely with the marketing and training teams to meet sales objectives for the channel.

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will engage with various client vendor partners to boost retailer engagement and performance metrics.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing the daily preparation and organization of a loyalty program that showcases the client portfolio and their associated brand initiatives.


The Client Relationship Manager serves as the central point of contact, assisting Senior Leadership with the efficient management and preparation of all loyalty program activities.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as the main communicator for project initiation, brief intake, budget planning, and Scope of Work (SOW) processes.

Collaborate with Field Sales, Operations, and Training team leaders during program implementation.

Develop project timelines and initiate critical paths; take necessary actions to keep projects and teams on schedule.


Guide a team of professionals throughout specific campaigns, programs, and projects, ensuring all components are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.


Manage the process for seamless budget creation and tracking, ensuring regular check-ins with shared services, along with the development, follow-up, and tracking of all invoices.


Lead the creation of executive summaries and insights reports for both clients and internal teams, ensuring excellence in reporting.


Serve as project lead in status meetings with the internal team and clients, creating agendas, efficient meeting notes, and necessary follow-ups.

Oversee program management from start to finish.

Engage in regular brainstorming sessions both internally and externally.

Build strong client relationships through meetings and client engagements.

Effectively communicate the breadth of Acosta Group's offerings to both new and existing clients.

Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience working with incentive, reward, or loyalty programs.


2+ years of experience in Business, Account Management, or Program Management, thriving in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.

A post-secondary degree from an accredited institution, ideally in Business, Communications, or Marketing.

Proficient in developing critical paths, timeline management tools, and managing budgets.

Skilled in data analysis, performance metrics, and compiling information for dashboards.

Strong understanding of loyalty program strategies and best practices.

Demonstrated ability to lead and foster growth within surrounding teams with strong cross-functional coordination skills.

Adept in Google Suite platforms.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

A desire to learn, develop, and continuously grow in all aspects of the role.

Experience in the wireless industry is preferred.
