Key Responsibilities

Role Overview:

As a Senior Client Relationship Manager at Unavailable, you will be instrumental in steering commercial achievements and delivering outstanding leadership within the organization. Your main objective will be to drive the global success of key accounts, oversee inventory and asset management, streamline order processing, and elevate customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in quality assurance, safety protocols, and profitability enhancement.

Core Duties:

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm at the office.
  • Develop and sustain existing strategic partnerships by engaging with pivotal customer contacts.
  • Assume direct responsibility for assigned accounts, focusing on sales performance, margin optimization, cost management, and contributing to profitability in alignment with quarterly forecasts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the current customer base while attracting new clients to expand revenue streams.
  • Facilitate collaborative strategic account planning sessions to set mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and key milestones for one- and three-year horizons.
  • Conduct market analysis, stay updated on industry trends, and explore alternative value propositions.
  • Assist the Sales Director in implementing marketing strategies for the organization.
  • Effectively manage contract inventory and assets to ensure optimal utilization.
  • Review sales orders to verify accurate pricing structures and inventory allocation.
  • Coordinate with key customers on credit, operations, quality, logistics, and inventory to enhance service quality and improve sales outcomes.
  • Develop annual account-specific business plans in collaboration with the Sales Director, ensuring alignment with overarching goals.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to devise and implement innovative sales strategies to boost sales volume.
  • Ensure compliance documentation is current for strategic accounts in partnership with the legal team.
  • Support senior management in fostering a high-performance culture, succession planning, ongoing mentorship, and staff development.
  • Conduct research to evaluate the potential impact of new regulations on the organization.
Qualifications

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Commerce, or Economics.
  • Master's degree in a Business-related field is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience with a proven track record in a metallurgical or metal distribution environment.
  • Proven ability to manage P&L and a history of driving profitability and continuous improvement in a warehouse or steel distribution context.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes, both domestically and internationally.
  • Strong commitment to achieving and surpassing goals.
  • Excellent communication, motivation, engagement, and employee development skills.
  • Demonstrated sales acumen with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and collaborate across departments to meet objectives.
