We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our client relationships and drive business growth as a Strategic Account Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with senior client decision-makers and delivering innovative solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Retain and grow Aon's business by developing and executing strategic plans to meet client needs.
  • Lead client service teams to identify and meet client needs, resulting in retained and grown business.
  • Develop and implement client-specific renewal strategies to ensure business continuity.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional client service and drive business growth.
  • Manage client relationships to ensure overall account profitability and value-based approach.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market issues to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Lead stewardship planning and delivery to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of Property & Casualty (P&C) experience.
  • Proven track record of managing large, sophisticated accounts.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to clearly express thoughts and concepts.
  • Excellent digital literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Active Property & Casualty license.
