Key Responsibilities- Retain and grow Aon's business by developing and executing strategic plans to meet client needs.
- Lead client service teams to identify and meet client needs, resulting in retained and grown business.
- Develop and implement client-specific renewal strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional client service and drive business growth.
- Manage client relationships to ensure overall account profitability and value-based approach.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market issues to provide expert advice to clients.
- Lead stewardship planning and delivery to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Minimum 10 years of Property & Casualty (P&C) experience.
- Proven track record of managing large, sophisticated accounts.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to clearly express thoughts and concepts.
- Excellent digital literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Active Property & Casualty license.
