Inside Sales Representative Job Description

We're seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team at OmniSource Marketing. As an Inside Sales Rep, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales growth, developing strong relationships with clients, and working collaboratively with our experienced Sales Reps to hit targets and grow our business.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and listening skills, be able to galvanize others, and excel in a fast-paced environment. Experience in sales is desirable but not essential; what matters most is your ability to learn, grow, and achieve results.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, plus bonus potential, a hybrid office model for work-life balance, and a culture where growth is encouraged.

Responsibilities:
