Motion & Control Enterprises is seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Representative to drive sales success and grow our business. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, communicating with customers, and ensuring a seamless sales process.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Developing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Conducting research on accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest in our products.
  • Prioritizing customer retention through proactive engagement and support.
  • Collaborating with Marketing to enhance lead generation and demand creation.
  • Partnering with Outside Sales to support large customers and lead generation initiatives.
  • Fostering strong relationships with Customer Experience to optimize quote conversion.
Requirements for Success:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of sales, sales development, and/or account management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.) and ERP Systems.
  • Effective communication skills across digital and personal channels.
  • Strong understanding of fluid power systems and MRO industry knowledge.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary: $70,000 - $90,000.
