Inside Sales Specialist

Motion & Control Enterprises is seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Representative to drive sales success and grow our business. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, communicating with customers, and ensuring a seamless sales process.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:- Developing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Understanding customer needs and requirements to deliver tailored solutions.
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Conducting research on accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest in our products.
- Prioritizing customer retention through proactive engagement and support.
- Collaborating with Marketing to enhance lead generation and demand creation.
- Partnering with Outside Sales to support large customers and lead generation initiatives.
- Fostering strong relationships with Customer Experience to optimize quote conversion.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 3+ years of sales, sales development, and/or account management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.) and ERP Systems.
- Effective communication skills across digital and personal channels.
- Strong understanding of fluid power systems and MRO industry knowledge.
- Competitive annual salary: $70,000 - $90,000.
