Sales Performance Enhancement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our Indiana Service Center team. As an Inside Sales Representative at Integrated Power Services, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering top-tier results. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work closely with the Distribution Team to increase sales and provide world-class customer service of new motor sales.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide customer service for timely and cost-effective completion of all Distribution-related functions in support of the IPS outside sales organization and our OEM partners.
- Act as a technical resource to address and resolve inquiries and problems with assistance from engineering and OEM partners.
- Provide client and sales correspondence, including tracking of shipments, processing orders and credits, and assisting with inventory management.
- Interpret and ensure compliance with operating policies and procedures.
- Utilize Continuous Improvement Process Solution tools and processes.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma required.
- Sharp analytical thinking and reasoning abilities.
- Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite as well as Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data and take appropriate action.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Critical attention to detail.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including Paid Time Off (PTO), 401k Employer Match, Bonus Incentives, Tuition Reimbursement Program, Medical, Dental, and Vision plans, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and more.
$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
