About the Role

Motion & Control Enterprises seeks an experienced Business Growth Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management.


Estimated Salary: $65,000 per year. Please note that compensation may vary based on location, experience, and performance.


Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales development, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the MRO industry.


  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Partner with marketing to support lead and demand generation efforts.
  • Work closely with outside sales representatives to support large customers and lead generation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with customer experience teams to drive quote conversion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales development, account management, or customer success experience.
  • CRM and ERP system expertise.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Industry-specific knowledge of fluid power systems and the MRO industry.
