Inside Sales Development Representative

**Job Description:** We are seeking an Account Manager to join our inside sales team as part of our Makers Channel. A strong knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits in the gift industry is required for success in this role. This position will be responsible for all duties and projects that come under the responsibility of the sales department.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, fast-learning, highly organized, and possesses excellent communication skills. They should have an interest in pursuing a career in Sales and customer relationship management, with the potential to grow into a more advanced position in the company.
This is a hybrid office position, requiring candidates to live within commuting distance of our Indianapolis office. The successful candidate will need to commit to a minimum of 3 days in the office, up to 5 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update existing customer database, lead and prospect lists
- Develop and maintain current customer relationships to grow True Brands reach
- Successfully increase customer sales and retention and meet goals
Requirements:
- A strong knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits in the gift industry
- Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods of time, navigate multiple systems and software
- Interest in and desire to effectively help retailers grow their business
