Building Drainage Sales Strategist

We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence and influence in the building drainage sector. This role involves creating and executing a strategic sales plan, closing project business, and implementing a repeatable sales process that fosters long-term sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy designed to achieve or surpass regional sales targets.
- Direct and monitor territory sales performance with a focus on exceeding sales budgets.
- Partner closely with the inside sales team to manage and successfully identify new projects and close existing projects within the sales pipeline.
Estimated Annual Salary: $95,000 - $130,000
The successful candidate will have excellent punctuation, grammar, and spelling, as well as proficient use of video conferencing equipment and professional phone manners. They will also be able to travel daily, fly, and spend most of the day in a vehicle.
