Job Overview

Business Management Associates, Inc. (BMA) is seeking a Workforce Planning Support (I/O Psychologist) to integrate people and process through service. The ideal candidate will have experience in skill gap analysis, process review, and development of re-engineering recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Modeling and competency development
  • Assessing the difference between the actual and desired state of employee competency
  • Identifying areas for establishing skills, increasing skills, and succession planning
  • Defining and articulating specific step-by-step processes for daily operations
  • Identifying improvements to current processes for efficient resource management and workforce utilization

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Experience in providing advisory services to HCM experts, recommending and conducting organizational assessments
  • Masters degree and 8-10 years of human capital experience
