About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sourcing Consultant to join our team at WORK180 USA. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives that drive business value and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with business objectives and drive cost savings
  • Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure best value for the company
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize sourcing opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform sourcing decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to business leaders on sourcing-related matters
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, IT, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Four to six years of professional experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $57,000 to $145,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) plans, and annual bonuses.
