Audit selections and consulting projects are determined based on enterprise risk assessments and their relevance to the organization.
Key Responsibilities

In collaboration with the Head of Internal Audit, you will assist the firm in recognizing business risks, upholding the control framework, and pinpointing avenues for process enhancement.

Following a two-year tenure with the team, opportunities for internal mobility may arise to transition into roles outside of internal audit.

Specifically, your duties will include:
• Evaluating process risks, establishing audit goals, and formulating audit strategies
• Offering actionable, value-driven suggestions to enhance risk management, governance, and control mechanisms, as well as business operations
• Drafting audit documentation and visual presentations
• Collaborating with senior management to propose enhancements to the control framework or operational efficiency
• Utilizing technology to streamline audit processes
• Analyzing data to derive insights into process controls
• Overseeing co-sourcing personnel when external audit consultants are engaged
Qualifications
• Over 10 years of experience in auditing or consulting within financial services
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering required
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CISA, CIA, or CFA are mandatory
• Knowledge of IT auditing, including familiarity with the software development lifecycle, IT operations, and networks
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with proficiency in presenting to senior management
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
• Proficient in data analytics and audit automation
• Experience in process management methodologies (TQM, Six Sigma)
• Understanding of the investment management sector and associated risk factors
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards and adherence to industry codes of conduct
