Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee large-scale, intricate programs from inception to completion within our Products & Technology division.

You will collaborate across various teams, engaging with a diverse range of technical and business stakeholders to drive initiatives that align with Splunk's long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical programs within the Products & Technology division, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities to achieve desired outcomes, including New Product Introduction (NPI) and Go To Market (GTM) strategies.
- Decompose initiatives into clear workstreams; establish program timelines and maintain accountability for program objectives; serve as the definitive source of truth in executing complex programs.
- Proactively identify risks, formulate mitigation strategies, and drive issues to resolution.
- Collaborate with organizational leadership and key business stakeholders as the program lead.
- Grasp system interdependencies and facilitate technical discussions; effectively communicate solutions and decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive and accessible program documentation, manage dependencies, and monitor progress across multiple teams and workstreams.

Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in software program management or related fields.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with enterprise software and cloud technologies, along with a thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle. Experience with AI and product experience/UX/design systems is advantageous.
- Strong technical knowledge, including key technologies such as Python, Git, AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Proven track record of managing large, cross-functional programs with significant organizational impact. Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and risk management skills. Strong decision-making, consensus-building, and problem-solving abilities; comfortable facing challenges.
