Your Responsibilities:

As a Logistics Operations Supervisor, you will:

  • Oversee and guide all facets of operational policies, objectives, processes, and initiatives related to load management and customer engagement.
  • Review weekly performance metrics and implement corrective measures as necessary.
  • Ensure timely response to customer inquiries.
  • Assess employee performance and manage salary reviews, performance evaluations, and training initiatives.
  • Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Evaluate team members to address challenges and ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Provide leadership for the development of operational programs and suggest enhancements.
  • Utilize data analysis to track performance metrics related to service and communication.
  • Offer consultative support to management on various operational issues.
  • Conduct performance reviews for team members.
  • Assist in the design of operational strategies and long-term planning.
  • Supervise the extended hours operations team across all shifts.
  • Collaborate with all organizational levels.
  • Engage with clients to foster strong relationships and communication.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required.

Experience: 10+ years of experience in high-volume operational environments.

Skills/Certifications:

  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and innovative thinking capabilities.
  • Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations with effective follow-up.
  • Thorough understanding of regulations affecting daily operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
  • Strategic mindset with proven leadership experience.

Supervisory Responsibility: 2-10 team members.

Work Environment: Standard office setting.
