Position Summary:

We are in search of a Senior Community Association Manager, a role that embodies the essence of excellence in the HOA management sector. Key Duties:

- Supervise the daily operations of various HOA communities.

- Develop and implement effective strategies for community involvement and property oversight.

- Ensure adherence to the Davis-Stirling Act and other applicable regulations.

- Manage budget formulation, financial oversight, and reporting.

- Resolve disputes with diplomacy and tact.

- Guide, inspire, and assist community board members and residents.

- Uphold exceptional standards of customer service and community relations.

Required Qualifications:

- At least 3 years of full-time experience in HOA management.

- Comprehensive knowledge of the Davis-Stirling Act.

- Proficient in communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

- Ability to thrive under pressure and prioritize effectively.

- Strong project management and organizational skills.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.

- Experience in budget management and financial reporting.

- Ability to interpret legal documents and agreements.

- Outstanding customer service and leadership skills.

- CMCA, AMS, or PCAM certification is highly desirable.
