Position Summary:

We are in search of a Senior Community Association Manager, a role that embodies the essence of excellence in the HOA management sector. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of various HOA communities.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for community involvement and property oversight.
  • Ensure adherence to the Davis-Stirling Act and other applicable regulations.
  • Oversee budget development, financial oversight, and reporting.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution with professionalism and tact.
  • Guide, inspire, and assist community board members and residents.
  • Uphold exceptional standards of customer service and community relations.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of full-time experience in HOA management.
  • Thorough knowledge of the Davis-Stirling Act.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage priorities.
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
  • Experience in budget formulation and financial oversight.
  • Aptitude for interpreting legal documents and agreements.
  • Outstanding customer service and leadership skills.
  • CMCA, AMS, or PCAM certification is highly preferred.
