Action Property Management is currently seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Associate to join our team at a luxury residential community.

This position offers an opportunity to engage with residents who appreciate the vibrancy of urban living while also seeking tranquility.


Key Responsibilities
As a representative of Action Property Management and the association, you will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming residents, guests, and visitors at the Front Desk in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the Front Desk area, Lobby, and main elevators.
  • Monitoring lobby activities and ensuring access control.
  • Providing concierge services to enhance resident experience.
  • Completing Daily Activity Reports.
  • Receiving and distributing resident packages.
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls.
  • Addressing resident and guest inquiries and concerns.
  • Demonstrating a solid understanding of the association's governing documents.
Qualifications/Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
  • A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience; experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or fine dining is highly preferred.
  • Exhibit a polished and professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Possess an upbeat and positive team player attitude.
  • Demonstrate strong judgment and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Adopt a proactive approach to customer service.
