Action Property Management is currently seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Associate to join our team at a prestigious residential community.

Key Responsibilities
As a representative of Action Property Management and the association, you will:

  • Welcome residents, guests, and visitors at the Front Desk in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Front Desk area, Lobby, and main elevators.
  • Monitor lobby activities and ensure access control.
  • Provide concierge services to enhance resident experience.
  • Complete Daily Activity Reports accurately.
  • Receive and distribute resident packages efficiently.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Address concerns and inquiries from residents and guests.
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of the association's governing documents.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Be at least 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
  • Possess a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience; experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or fine dining is highly preferred.
  • Exhibit a polished and professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Demonstrate an upbeat and positive attitude as a team player.
  • Show strong judgment and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Adopt a proactive approach to customer service.
