We are a reputable local property management firm specializing in a varied portfolio of properties within the San Diego County region. We are currently seeking a dedicated Community Association Portfolio Supervisor to oversee a collection of small homeowners' associations (HOAs). The communities in this portfolio convene on a bimonthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
Key Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling all forms of communication, including phone calls, emails, letters, and packages.
- Creating and maintaining records, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Entering and monitoring work orders efficiently.
- Addressing inquiries from tenants, homeowners, and property owners.
- Organizing and maintaining files for all properties within the assigned portfolio.
- Providing assistance to colleagues as needed.
- Demonstrating proven experience in a community management role or similar position within the HOA sector.
- Exhibiting exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possessing outstanding organizational abilities.
- Having a strong command of MS Office and office management software; experience with Appfolio is a plus.
- Ensuring reliable transportation is available for job duties.

- Hold a valid driver's license at all times.
- Maintain valid automobile insurance consistently.
- Present a professional appearance that aligns with the company's image, coupled with a positive attitude and self-management skills.
- Pay close attention to detail.
- Exhibit teamwork capabilities with a robust work ethic and the ability to engage with diverse personalities.
- Effectively resolve issues involving residents, homeowners, board members, staff, finances, and emergencies while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Possess prior experience in HOA management, as this role involves overseeing a portfolio of associations.
- This position is ideal for an assistant manager aspiring to advance to a portfolio manager role.
