Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging sales presentations on our Urology product line to a variety of healthcare decision-makers, including Infection Prevention specialists and nursing staff.
- Present a range of products and Prevention Solutions effectively.
- Engage with healthcare facilities within the designated territory to enhance product sales.
- Lead customer product evaluations and ensure successful implementations.
- Provide support to Medline sales representatives through various communication channels.
- Follow up with clients and sales teams post-evaluation to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with the division on product strategy, competitive analysis, and research and development initiatives.
- Maintain existing client relationships while introducing new products to foster business growth.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in quota-driven sales, or 5 years of relevant sales experience.
- Proven track record in the medical supplies industry with at least 2 years of related sales experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
- Strong presentation and communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
- Must reside within the assigned territory.
