Job Summary

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving top-line goals for our hotels in San Antonio, Texas. You will proactively solicit business from various segments, including small business accounts, new accounts, and re-soliciting past leads. Your focus will be on properties BT Pricing strategy, providing property support by coordinating and executing internal mining efforts, and partnering with leadership to ensure competitive sales strategies are in place.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities from small business accounts, new accounts, and re-soliciting past leads.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve top-line goals.
  • Provide property support by coordinating and executing internal mining efforts.
  • Partner with leadership to ensure competitive sales strategies are in place.
  • Work closely with hotel General Managers and other stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Conduct site inspections and customer-facing sales activities to drive business growth.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in CI/TY SFA Web and EMPOWER.
  • Qualify and maintain customer's long-term business potential and refer customers to market, field, hotel or national sales office, as required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; no work experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4-year college degree; previous experience in proactive lead generation in hospitality and sales discipline; knowledge of property-specific business segments (e.g. group, catering, transient); knowledge the hospitality industry.
