About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our Sales recruiting team in driving high-volume hiring of top sales talent. This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven professional with a proven track record of building and scaling teams, developing strategic recruitment plans, and fostering strong partnerships across various functions.

This role will involve partnering closely with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align on go-to-market strategies, drive data-informed decision-making, and develop targeted recruitment campaigns. As a key member of our Recruiting leadership team, you will be responsible for providing insights into hiring trends, contributing to the development of an inclusive team culture, and problem-solving broader recruiting challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute high-volume hiring strategies for Sales roles, leveraging data and market insights to inform decisions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional partners to drive alignment on go-to-market strategies
  • Lead a team of experienced recruiters in delivering high-quality candidate experiences, ensuring timely hiring processes, and meeting or exceeding business objectives
  • Partner with Inclusion and Diversity teams to drive initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in our hiring practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our recruitment processes and tools
Requirements
  • Full-cycle Sales recruiting experience with a focus on high-volume hiring and team management
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience directly managing a team of recruiters in a corporate environment
  • Strong understanding of sales talent acquisition strategies, including souring, pipeline management, and interview process optimization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
