This is more than just recruiting – it's about creating a seamless candidate experience that ensures the right fit for both the company and the candidate. As our ideal candidate, you'll play a critical role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding. Ensure each step of the process is executed efficiently and professionally.
- Candidate Sourcing and Engagement: Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events. Use creative sourcing techniques to identify strong-fit candidates.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and team dynamics. Provide guidance on the recruitment process, including job descriptions and interview techniques.
- Employer Branding and Candidate Experience: Champion our employer brand by promoting our culture and unique opportunities to prospective candidates. Ensure each candidate has a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Pipeline Development and Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Engage with candidates on an ongoing basis and nurture long-term relationships.
- Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and retention rates. Provide insights to hiring managers and leadership on recruitment trends.
- Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives: Support our diversity and inclusion initiatives by ensuring recruitment efforts reflect a commitment to building a diverse workforce.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Talent Acquisition Expertise: Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Skilled at identifying and engaging top talent.
- Candidate Sourcing: Expertise in sourcing passive and active candidates through various channels. Skilled at using creative sourcing techniques to find hidden talent.
- Communication and Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Recruitment Metrics: Experience using recruitment data and analytics to measure success and make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Equivalent experience with a proven track record in talent acquisition is also valued.
