As a Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager in our creator economy team, you will play a critical role in shaping Patreon's talent acquisition framework, driving efficiency and scalability in recruiting operations, and partnering closely with leadership to develop data-driven recruiting strategies.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced recruiting professional to join our team as a Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize recruiting processes and workflows to ensure efficiency, scalability, and a seamless candidate experience. You will also oversee the management and administration of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems (Asby), and other technology to drive data accuracy and operational excellence.

As a Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager, you will work closely with our leadership team to build strategic recruiting plans that support Patreon's long-term growth objectives. You will also partner with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and Business Operations, to align recruiting strategies with broader company goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with Patreon's business goals and objectives.
  • Recruiting Process Optimization: Design, implement, and optimize recruiting processes and workflows to ensure efficiency, scalability, and a seamless candidate experience.
  • Technology Management: Oversee the management and administration of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems (Asby), and other technology to drive data accuracy and operational excellence.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless candidate experience through effective communication, timely updates, and personalized interactions.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and Business Operations, to align recruiting strategies with broader company goals.
