You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, team dynamics, and long-term goals. Your expertise will ensure that each step of the recruitment process is executed efficiently and professionally, from sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to negotiating offers and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for various roles, ensuring efficiency and professionalism at every step.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Engagement: Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events, using creative techniques to identify active and passive candidates.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Pipeline Development and Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, providing insights to leadership on recruitment trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Talent Acquisition Expertise: Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Expertise in sourcing passive and active candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and job boards.
  • Communication and Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Experience using recruitment data and analytics to measure success and make data-driven decisions.

Estimated salary range for this position is between $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, based on location and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
