Customer Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team at National Radon Defense. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, providing administrative support, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling: Collaborate with sales and production teams to optimize scheduling appointments for efficiency and a positive customer experience.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including preparing homeowner packets, managing state reporting, and processing payments with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Customer Interaction: Address customer needs and resolve complaints with professionalism and conscientiousness when handling incoming and outgoing calls.
- Sales Support: Convert leads into appointments through effective communication via phone, email, and speed-to-lead process and maximize sales opportunities.
- Detail-oriented mindset: Commitment to precision and accuracy in all tasks.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and seamlessly transition between tasks as needed to meet demand.
- Strong communication skills: Professionalism in interactions with customers.
