Alliance ABA Therapy is a purpose-driven organization committed to assisting children with Autism and ADHD in a home-based environment. We seek passionate individuals to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism and ADHD. Service hours are offered during weekday mornings, evenings, or weekends. We provide complimentary training to help you achieve your Registered Behavior Technician Certificate, alongside a supportive work atmosphere, flexible scheduling, competitive starting wages, and a hybrid orientation experience.

Candidate Qualifications: A minimum of one year of experience working with children or adults with special needs is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1:1 home-based ABA services for youth under 21 with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental challenges.
  • Offer behavioral coaching to parents and assist clients' caregivers through various methods.
  • Collaborate with professionals from diverse community agencies, including social services, educational institutions, and healthcare providers.
  • Engage in training and clinical supervision focused on integrating ABA with other effective therapeutic techniques.
  • Work alongside Board Certified Behavior Analysts to enhance the effectiveness of interventions as outlined in clients' treatment plans.
  • Implement behavior treatment programs as designed by the supervising Behavior Analyst.
  • Collect data and complete treatment documentation as required.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma is mandatory.
  • Availability to work afternoons and evenings from 4-7pm.
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least one year of experience working with children; experience with developmental disabilities/Autism is preferred.
  • Familiarity with interventions to address maladaptive behaviors.
  • Must possess an RBT certification or complete the RBT training curriculum and exam within the first 30 days of employment.
