Role Responsibilities:

The Behavior Technician will deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing individualized treatment and behavior plans.
  • Providing quality therapeutic services to children and their families.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • At least one year of experience working with children with Autism or related developmental disabilities.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
Physical and Mental Demands:

Physical: Must possess full physical dexterity and the ability to perform necessary movements such as bending, kneeling, and lifting children weighing between 5 to 50 lbs.

Mental: Ability to respond effectively to diverse demands from children, families, and team members. Capable of multitasking, maintaining accurate documentation, and making quick, informed decisions in various situations.

Work Environment:

This position is based in a center-focused environment designed for children and their families.
