Behavioral Therapist Director

Family Priority, LLC is a community-based organization dedicated to providing high-quality behavior analytic services to children and families. We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist Director to join our management team.

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to develop leadership skills and oversee the growth of our ABA program in Northern Virginia. As a Behavioral Therapist Director, you will have the opportunity to supervise a team of behavior assistants and BCBAs, provide parent training, and facilitate team meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the overall management of a growing ABA program, including hiring, training, staffing, oversight, and growth
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of behavior assistants and BCBAs
  • Develop and supervise individualized ABA programs for children and adolescents in the home and community
  • Provide direct service as needed
