Are you a sales professional looking for a challenging role in the flooring industry? Mohawk Industries, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join our Commercial division. In this position, you will be responsible for pursuing major account prospects and creating long-term sales objectives that meet the needs of customers and increase market share.

This is a business development role focused on new account acquisition and the pursuit of global accounts. You will work collaboratively with other Strategic Account Managers to map and pursue account opportunities regionally, nationally, and globally. Your goal will be to engage and convert these opportunities into active accounts, owning the conversion process throughout the lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of progressively responsible job-specific work experience in an environment of comparable size and diversity. A 4-year college degree in a related discipline is preferred. Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.

Mohawk Industries, Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $105,000 - $157,000 per year, plus commission earnings and incentive compensation. Our company is committed to providing a positive work-life balance and offers flexible scheduling and remote work options.
