Job SummaryThis role requires a natural leader with strong communication skills, capable of taking initiative and managing the store in the absence of management. As a Business Development Manager, Sales Floor Lead, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while overseeing daily operations and taking added leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Take charge of store sales and operations in the absence of management
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming experience for every customer
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Manage store keys and handle added leadership responsibilities
