Job Title: Lead Territory Retail Sales Representative

As a Lead Territory Retail Sales Representative at Asurion, you will play a critical role in driving sales and customer service metrics while leading a team of Remote Technicians. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that sales targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Remote Technicians and provide guidance on sales behaviors and customer service best practices.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the district manager to ensure daily coverage for remote jobs and escalate issues as needed.
  • Manage market operational KPIs and drive results.
  • Ensure inventory availability and collaborate with Store Leader on buybacks and RMAs.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Willingness to undergo and pass a background check, including criminal, driving, and drug tests.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
