Key Responsibilities- Sales and Merchandising: Build strong relationships with store associates and management to drive sales growth and meet retailer and client expectations.
- Product Knowledge: Educate customers and store personnel on the features and benefits of our client's brands and product lines.
- Accuracy and Quality: Maintain accuracy and high quality of work in all areas of the store to meet or exceed client expectations.
- Communication: Communicate successes or potential barriers to the Market Sales Manager and maintain company, client, and retailer confidentiality.
- Technical Skills: Develop a detailed understanding and consistent use of all available functions of handheld devices.
- Physical Demands: Lifting objects and product up to a maximum of 50 lbs. with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects/product up to 35 lbs.
- Work Environment: Work performed could be while sitting, standing, or walking, with fine manipulation of hands or fingers, bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing as well as upper and lower body mobility.
- Experience and Skills: Experience/comfort level with electronics/technical products, independent and self-motivated, and ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, and weekends.
- Education and Certifications: High School diploma or equivalency certification required, and valid driver's license required for travel to additional locations.
- Competitive Pay: $21.25 per hour.
