We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Benco Dental. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and Benco teammates
- Travel regularly to meet with customers, vendors, and Benco teammates to discuss sales opportunities and build relationships
- Stay up-to-date on dental industry trends, market dynamics, and product and service offerings
- Utilize technology and data tools to effectively manage sales calls, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience
- Possess a dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel in assigned territory daily, as required for customers, vendors, and Benco teammates
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a minimum annualized compensation plan of $50k/year + monthly allowance. Our commission structure is unlimited, and the more you sell, the more you make (less your draw). We also offer a comprehensive suite of services, including office design, equipment repair, practice coaching, financing, and project management, wealth management, and dental-specific technology solutions.
