Business Development Executive

MetroStar Systems is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to drive growth and expansion within the Air Force portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to support the Air Force's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Air Force leadership and program management teams
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the Air Force
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to support the Air Force's mission
  • Collaborate with the Air Force Growth Lead and delivery team to develop account plans and client call plans
  • Facilitate teaming opportunities with other industry partners to foster collaboration and innovation

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of business development experience working with the Air Force
  • Active DoD Secret clearance
  • Strong understanding of MetroStar's capabilities, technology, and business objectives
