ACI Federal Defunct is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Executive Officer, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and the successful execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Executive Officer's calendar and schedule meetings
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Provide administrative support for special projects and events
- Maintain accurate records and files
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
