Executive Assistant Opportunity

A boutique private equity firm in Washington, D.C. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to two Managing Directors, three VPs, and the finance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in calendar management, event planning, and task delegation in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage calendars for senior leadership
  • Partner with other EAs to plan and execute firm events
  • Assist the finance team with tasks such as expense report processing and bank account management
  • Provide general administrative support, including document scanning and distribution
  • Identify potential issues or needs and take initiative to troubleshoot
  • Perform general office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining common areas
  • Provide backup coverage for other EAs and support with travel-related matters
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of EA experience in PE, HF, VC, UHNW, or management consulting environments
  • Exceptional calendar management and event planning skills
  • Ability to operate with a sense of urgency and prioritize tasks
  • Exceptionally polished written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage up and train executives to delegate tasks
  • Experience with CRM/Deal Management Systems and Concur or similar expense management platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Box
  • Positive, forward-thinking attitude and ability to work in high-pressure situations
  • Must be comfortable with occasional evening and weekend work
