  • Manage government property administration and accounting tasks, ensuring meticulous inventory control of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.
  • Adhere to established inventory control and distribution protocols, maintaining precise records of receipts and invoices to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Execute clerical and manual functions related to the handling of materials, including receiving, storing, issuing, and delivering goods.
  • Oversee vendor deliveries, verifying that all shipments meet quality and quantity specifications as per purchase orders.
  • Analyze procurement activities to optimize inbound and outbound projections, enhancing asset availability and storage efficiency.
  • Prepare various government-mandated reports and represent the program during compliance audits.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely acceptance, shipping, and receipt of managed equipment and components.
  • Maintain inventory control of both government and company materials, adhering to annual auditing procedures.
  • Implement warehousing controls and processes to comply with government property regulations and local requirements.
  • Establish and uphold annual inventory procedures, access controls, and audit processes to guarantee 100% accountability of property.
  • Oversee all transactions, minimizing personnel access to sensitive areas to safeguard property accountability.
  • Responsible for the sanitization and disposal of datacenter equipment.
  • Track and report metrics related to inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies to meet operational demands.
  • Utilize small hand tools and operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet handlers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse or supply area.
  • Prepare and manage related documentation and participate in special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of inventory management, property administration, and government reporting requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interface effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Able to coordinate with vendors for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes, including shipping and receiving.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to navigate complex inventory tracking requirements and ensure accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with government logistics practices.
  • Experience with inventory control systems such as Service +, IFS, SC360, and PSAM is highly desirable.
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to operate a 24-foot box truck within metropolitan areas.
  • Physical capability to lift over 70 pounds and work from heights using ladders.

Work Environment: This role involves administrative and warehouse settings, with potential for domestic and international travel to support compliance monitoring of asset management and logistics operations.

Education: A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education, training, or military experience is required.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in logistics, traffic, or supply chain management is essential.
