Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage government property administration and accounting tasks, ensuring a precise inventory of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.
  • Follow inventory control and distribution protocols, maintaining accurate records of receipts and invoices to meet compliance standards.
  • Perform clerical and manual tasks related to receiving, storing, issuing, and delivering various materials and equipment.
  • Verify vendor deliveries against purchase orders for quality and quantity.
  • Analyze procurement activities to optimize inbound/outbound projections and resource scheduling, enhancing asset availability and storage efficiency.
  • Prepare essential government reports and represent the program during audits.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely acceptance, shipping, and receipt of managed equipment and parts.
  • Maintain compliance with annual inventory control and auditing procedures.
  • Implement warehousing controls and processes to adhere to government property regulations.
  • Establish and uphold annual inventory procedures and audit processes to guarantee complete property accountability.
  • Oversee transactions and limit personnel access to sensitive areas to protect property accountability.
  • Ensure proper sanitization and disposal of datacenter equipment.
  • Track and report metrics related to inventories, shipments, and on-hand quantities to maintain adequate inventory levels.
  • Utilize small hand tools and operate material handling equipment as necessary.
  • Maintain an organized and clean warehouse or supply area.
  • Participate in special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of inventory management, property administration, and government reporting requirements.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interface with stakeholders.
  • Ability to coordinate with vendors for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) actions.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of complex inventory control and tracking requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with government logistics practices.
  • Experience with inventory control systems such as Service +, IFS, SC360, and PSAM is preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License and capability to operate a box truck.
  • Physical ability to lift over 70 lbs and work from heights.

Education: A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years in logistics, traffic, or supply chain management is necessary.
