Account Executive - Direct Sales

Transforming Opportunity into Action

Dell's Direct Sales team is dedicated to developing strong customer relationships and driving expansion across existing accounts. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building a deep understanding of customers' business and solution requirements, gaining share of spend across Dell Technologies' portfolio of technology solutions, and running territory and accounts with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at client facilities
  • Provide sales leadership and experience on large, sophisticated opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional resources to ensure alignment across the organization

Requirements:

  • At least 5 to 8 years of experience selling technology solutions
  • Expert knowledge of market trends that impact Dell Technologies customers
  • Outstanding customer management and strategic selling skills
  • Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation, and executive presentation skills

What We Offer:

  • Total Target Compensation (TTC) range: $232,900 - $301,400 (includes base salary and commissions with a 60/40 split)
