About the Role

As an Executive Assistant at Intrepid Credit Union, you will play a vital role in supporting our CEO and other executive leaders. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and other executive leaders
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience
  • Associate's degree in a related field
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
