Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Uline, Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our sales representative team, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations.
  • Assist in answering customer inquiries and responding to sales representative emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Place orders and quotes for customers, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely fulfillment.
  • Obtain pricing and request quotes from vendors, negotiating contracts to secure the best possible deals.
  • Support Sales Leadership with reports and projects, analyzing data to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Service or Administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Strong multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
