Job Summary: As an RN Supervisor, you will play a critical role in leading our nursing team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in driving our team's success and contributing to the overall mission of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative and Clinical Leadership: You will be responsible for administering treatments, documenting patient information, and completing assessments to determine resident needs.
  • Healthcare Expertise: You will use health assessment data to determine nursing diagnoses and develop effective care plans.
  • Communication and Collaboration: You will counsel patients' families on meeting nursing-related needs and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Leadership and Development: You will provide guidance and support to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Requirements:

  • Certification and Experience: You must have an active Certification as an RN in the state of PA and a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
