Key Job Duties

  • Oversee complex calendar management, prioritizing tasks and appointments based on their significance and urgency.

  • Participate in event planning and drive key team initiatives, including staff meetings and all-hands gatherings.
  • Collaborate with fellow executive assistants across the organization to promote best practices and enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Monitor and assist in the completion of critical deliverables through programmatic frameworks.
