Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee complex calendar management and scheduling to support teams across different locations and time zones.

  • Serve as a trusted business partner to the Director and management team.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and manage expense reports.
  • Organize, execute, and assist with team activities, including staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-site events, and team social gatherings.
  • Manage team workspace, including relocations and reconfigurations.
  • Collaborate closely with the leadership team, recruiting, and other Executive Assistants to provide comprehensive support to the organization.
  • Foster a positive work environment and encourage team engagement.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience supporting senior-level leadership, or 1+ years of experience at Amazon.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Experience managing executive-level calendars.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a dynamic, high-tech environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple calendars effectively.
  • Strong prioritization skills and the ability to handle multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across various US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is determined by several factors, including market location and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon offers a comprehensive compensation package, which may include equity, sign-on payments, and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
