As a Senior Product Manager on Amazon's XB DEX team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of cross-border delivery. You will lead new initiatives to define the long-term strategy and vision for meeting evolving customer needs, handling complex product development and business management scenarios, and proactively identifying gaps/opportunities to develop a suite of products to solve the problems.
Key Responsibilities- Define a Data-Driven Product Vision: Develop business cases, requirements, and prioritize competing opportunities to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Engineering: Work directly with engineering teams to build exceptional products and manage the annual roadmap, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Understand Customer Needs: Analyze customer (external and internal) needs, define clear requirements, and execute to high expectations in a fast-paced environment.
- Interact with Stakeholders: Engage with stakeholders at multiple levels and in multiple locations, working with business, operations, tech, and BI teams to define and deliver solutions.
- Anticipate Bottlenecks: Identify potential bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and make tradeoffs to balance business needs versus technical or operational constraints.
- 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
