Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a customer interaction expert by employing effective engagement strategies and setting a positive example for the team.
- Facilitate ongoing training in product knowledge, quality standards, and operational procedures, while assisting management in identifying training requirements.
- Maintain a key to the store, overseeing opening and closing procedures.
- Support team leadership duties, including providing constructive feedback on processes and standards, assisting peers with customer issues, training, labor deployment, and ensuring proper break schedules.
- Aid in supervisory tasks such as scheduling, payroll oversight, timesheet verification, and attendance management.
- Participate in the onboarding process for new associates and assist in interviews as needed.
- Ensure consistent execution of inventory management processes, guiding associates in receiving, stocking, and replenishing products.
- Contribute to enhancing the customer experience and store operations by developing best practices and expanding product knowledge.
Utilize inventory systems for scanning, processing, and counting products.
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store at all times.
- Identify and communicate barriers and trends affecting customer and associate experiences, supporting management in cultivating a strong store culture.
Collaborate with management to uphold safety and quality standards within the store.
Adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 1 year in a leadership role or relevant Amazon experience.

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in Amazon Physical Stores.
- Background in inventory management within retail or distribution.
- Proficient in computer applications and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Experience in training others.
- Strong verbal communication and customer service abilities.
- Proven track record in providing peer feedback.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to achieve results.
