About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Service Specialist to join our dynamic team at Saving Sight. As a Patient Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to patients, healthcare providers, and our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Communication: Engage with patients, listen to their concerns, and provide empathetic support. Educate them about dry eye disease and the benefits of our serum tears.
  • Physician Collaboration: Collaborate with doctors, ophthalmologists, and optometrists to ensure seamless communication and patient care. Discuss treatment plans and answer any questions they may have.
  • Order Processing: Facilitate the ordering process for serum tears. Coordinate blood draws, schedule deliveries, and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service to patients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
