As a leader in autologous serum eye drops (ASEDs), we strive to offer a seamless and affordable solution for patients dealing with dry eye disease. Role Overview:
As a Patient Care Services Representative, you will serve as the essential link between patients, healthcare professionals, and our organization. Your key responsibilities will include:
Patient Interaction: Communicate with patients, address their concerns, and provide compassionate support. Inform them about dry eye disease and the advantages of our serum tears.
Collaboration with Healthcare Providers: Work alongside physicians, ophthalmologists, and optometrists to ensure effective communication and patient care. Discuss treatment options and respond to any inquiries they may have.
Order Management: Oversee the ordering process for serum tears. Coordinate necessary procedures, schedule deliveries, and ensure prompt order fulfillment.
Excellence in Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to patients, managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
