Job Summary

The Wireless Sales Account Executive position at DISH provides an exciting opportunity to develop sales skills and grow a long-term career in a dynamic and innovative company. As a key member of our Inside Sales & Retention team, you will be responsible for selling Boost Mobile products and services to new and existing customers, leveraging our cutting-edge 5G nationwide unlimited talk, text & data plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell Boost Mobile products and services to new and existing customers, utilizing your ability to present compelling offers and influence customer decision-making.
  • Assess each customer's needs and offer the best value.
  • Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in the face of challenges, maintaining focus on larger goals.
  • Effectively manage time, open to learning new methods, and looking to advance as a sales contributor.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Document customer information, including demographic and billing details.
  • Provide excellent customer service, listening to customers and ensuring their satisfaction.

Compensation

$15.75/hour base pay plus uncapped commission. Target compensation is $64,000/year, with the potential to earn significantly more based on performance. Top performers make well over six figures annually You'll also have the opportunity to promote two levels within your first year with commensurate title and hourly pay increase.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High school diploma; college graduates preferred.
  • Pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test.
  • Must be able to work full-time, on-site in one of our Direct Sales facilities.
  • Must have open availability to work provided schedules.
  • Have a smartphone or other device with an active network connection.
